Product questions before ordering
Send the product name or link, the exact color/size/option you are considering, your destination country and the detail you need confirmed. Materials, dimensions, weights, care instructions and included components must not be assumed from another product or variant. If a detail is absent or inconsistent across the exact page, images or options, treat it as unconfirmed and ask before ordering.
The AI guide and Quiz are shopping aids. The exact product page, selected variant and checkout remain the final source for the option, local price, availability, shipping and payment details.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee a cancellation, variant change or address change after fulfillment begins. Review the shipping address and selected product options before payment.
Shipping to our five markets
Dozaria currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Free-shipping thresholds are fixed in local currency. Below the threshold, Shopify currency conversion can make the final non-US checkout charge slightly different from the storefront reference fee.

30-Day Satisfaction Trial
Every direct Dozaria purchase includes a 30-day at-home satisfaction trial starting on confirmed delivery. Normal, reasonable trial use is allowed. If an item is not right for you, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return/refund or exchange.
For an ordinary satisfaction return, return shipping is paid by the customer unless Dozaria agrees otherwise. Exchanges are subject to availability. Do not send an item back until return instructions are confirmed. Read the eligibility and condition details in the Refund Policy.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email us or use the contact form with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging where possible. We will review the issue and confirm the available remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement or refund. The voluntary 30-day trial does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Refund processing
After a returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund is submitted to the original payment method. The time taken to appear is controlled by the bank or payment provider and can vary; Dozaria does not publish a fixed bank-arrival time.
Local currency and payment
The five storefront currencies are USD for the United States, CAD for Canada, AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand and SGD for Singapore. Select the correct country or region. Checkout shows the payment methods available for the device, market and order.
