Before ordering

Include the product name or link, exact color/size/option, destination country and the detail you need confirmed.

For an existing order

Include the order number, the email address used at checkout and a concise description of the issue. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, attach clear photos of the item and packaging where possible. Do not send an item back until return instructions are confirmed.

Never send a full card number, card security code, account password or other login credentials.
